Sports leaders

In Year 9 students have the opportunity to become sports leaders. These students become ambassadors for the PE department and assist with the running of open evenings; primary sports events; sports day and other Borough wide events. Students benefit from developing leadership and teamwork skills which they can use in later life.

Student council

The Twickenham School Council meet regularly to discuss new ideas which will enhance the school experience of all students. Members of student council frequently consult and work closely with members of staff to make decisions on important matters.

Members of Student Council are a credit to the school and we value their input and are proud to have them working as part of the Twickenham School Student Leadership Team.

I really benefit from the extra-curricular clubs at school. I’ve never felt confident in sports until I started play basketball and have gained so much from being part of a team.
