Twickenham School are celebrating an outstanding set of GCSE results which are the highest in the school`s history and show significant and sustained improvements across all subjects. These impressive results show outstanding progress as a result of the high standards and expectations for all students including the very best all round education and excellent pastoral care. For Progress 8, a value added measure comparing students’ results against others nationally, progress 8 was 0.52 which means on average, students attained over half a grade above their peers nationally. All students have performed superbly in all subjects, most notably in the core subjects, English, maths and science where the highest ever proportion of students achieved grade 9s and 8s.

Congratulations go to all students and in particular to Annabel Dorling who achieved five 9s and four 8s, Ajmal Amin who achieved two 9s and five 8s and Oscar Choinski who achieved four 9s and three 8s. On average, Izabela Zamilska gained three grades higher than expected in all subjects.
